HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • ARE YOUR COACHES ACCREDITED?

    Our coaches are all accredited with the Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching or hold an ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching certificate and have significant experience working with senior executives and those preparing for executive leadership in all types of organisations, globally.
  • WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY?

    Because the coach/client relationship is critical to success, it is imperative that it operates within the context of confidentiality and trust so that the client feels safe to be open. We therefore recommend an initial meeting to establish this relationship and ensure that there is ‘comfort’ for both parties that the relationship will work. At this meeting coach and client agree how they will work together, and what outcomes they wish to achieve. A coaching plan will then be agreed.
  • HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I HAVE?

    We recommend at least six sessions for change to take place.
